Runaway--$10 reward.
--From the subscriber, at Weldon, N C, on the 9th inst, my negro boy, Alvery.
He is black, about 5 feet 8 inches high, and 9 years old. He has two brothers living with Dr. J. G. Lumpkin, about 5 miles from Richmond, in which vicinity be may probably be lucking.

Fire in Hanover.
--The barn of Dr. J. G. Lumpkin, in Hanover county, near the head of the Mechanicville turnpike, was destroyed by fire on Saturday night last, together with fifty barrels of corn, a lot of hay, one threshing machine &c. The total loss will amount to about $10,000. The fire is supposed to have been the work of an incendiary.
