ollowing dispatches in the Chicago Times: Burlington, Iowa, Nov. 15.--David Sheward, recently released from the Old Capitol prison, was welcomed here to-night by an immense concourse of his Union fellow-citizens, with torches, banners, and music. On the arrival of the procession at the Argus buildings, Mr. Sheward made an eloquent speech, in reply to a welcome from Gen. Dodge, after which he was serenaded at the General's residence, whose guest he is. Dubuque, Iowa, Nov. 15.--D. A. Mahoney, editor of the Dubuque Herald, also just released from the Old Capitol prison, arrived this evening.
