Prison Record. --At the Libby prison yesterday there were several hundred more of the captured prisoners at Gettysburg received. At the cage, yesterday, Conrad Bender was committed on the charge of receiving three blankets, ten pounds of tobacco, and several oil cloths, valued at $100, and the property of the guard at the Libby prison. Nathaniel T. Marks and Catherine Blankenship, were also committed — the former for receiving 43 pounds of horse shoe nails, the property of A. B. Lipscomb, and the latter for keeping an ill-governed and disorderly house.

Stolen nails --Nathaniel T. Marks made his appearance before the Mayor to answer the charge of receiving forty-three pounds of horse-shoe nails, stolen from A. B. Lipscomb knowing the same to have been stolen. Marks presented a paper authorizing a negro to sell the nails; but, as he did not know the party the whose name was signed to the paper, the Mayor adjourned the case till this morning to enable him to show that he possessed the nails honestly.
