Polices Arrests. --Ezekiel Ruffin, Thomas Ricks and Henry Ricks, were put in the cage yesterday evening for stealing four guns from some unknown person. Mike Marshall was put in for drunkenness. He told his captors he was a Union man, and did not care who know it.
