The Richmond Enquirer, of yesterday, publishes a correspondence between the Grand Dake Constantine and CCommander M. F. Maury, of this State. It is of an exceedingly interesting character, and will doubtless be univerally read: St. Petersburg, 27th July, 1861., [8th August.] My Dear Capt. MauryCapt.
