Runaway Apprehended.
--Some time in September, a mulatto boy, about 14 years old, was taken up near Bumpass's turn-out by me. As the jailors of Hanover and Louisa declined receiving him on account of the condition of their jails, I have kept him near me. His hair is nearly straight; says he belongs to Wm Watts, and reports his name Jack.
