advised of the certainty of the election of Abraham Lincoln as President of the United States, and Hannibal Hamlin, Vice-President, upon a sectional platform, at variance with the Constitution of the United States, and derogatory to the rights and interests of the Southern States: Therefore, be it Resolved.
