Circuit Court.
--In the case of R. T. Foster & Co. against Heinrich, Stellings & Co., Judge Meredith yesterday rendered the following decision:
The Court orders that the defendants and Thomas U. Dudley, Sergeant of the Court of Conciliation, and all other civil officers of said Court, be enjoined and restrained from enforcing the judgment of the said Court of Conciliation in the bill mentioned until the further order of this Court.
But the plaintiff is not to have the benefit of this order until he, or some one for him, shall enter into bond, with sufficient security, in the penalty of $2,500, conditioned to pay the amount of said judgments and all such costs as may be awarded, and all such damages as shall be incurred in case this injunction be dissolved.
