. Dr. Ryland, the President, took the chair, and opened the meeting by reading the 621 chapter of Isaiah. Prayer was then offered by Rev. Mr. Bernard. The first order of business was the election of officers. Rev. Daniel Witt and Lieut. Gov. R. L. Montague were put in nomination for President. R. L.
