Senate yesterday, there was but little business to transact. A joint resolution from the House in regard to the accounts of the Public Printer, was referred to the Finance Committee. The Committee on Privileges and Elections reported that the following gentlemen had been duly elected to fill vacancies at late special elections: J. J. Graham, vice Lt. Col. Peters, resigned; E. T.
