Wounded Yankees. On Sunday night, eight hundred wounded and Federal soldiers were brought to this city via York River Railroad and wagons. Among them were the following officers: Jno. As intimated elsewhere, a number of the Yankees doctors have resolved to day and attend to their wounded men in our midst.
