Circuit Court of Henrico county
--Judge Gregory presiding.--John McGee and Michael Morton, charged with breaking into the house of Patrick O'Keefe, on the 15th December, 1863, were placed at the bar and plead not guilty.
They were tried by different juries, found guilty, and sentenced to the penitentiary — McGee for three years and Morton for one year.
Wm. Wright, a Yankee deserter, charged with breaking into the hen-house of gatewood Talley, on the 24th of February, 1864. and stealiinto the house of Patrick O'Keefe, on the 15th December, 1863, were placed at the bar and plead not guilty.
