Gen Altand Mouton. --Gen. Mouton, who was killed at the battle of Mansfield, was a graduate of West Point, and was about thirty-seven years of age. Before the war he was a planter of great wealth. He was the son of ex-Gov Mouton, of Louisiana, a grandson of ex-Gov James Dupre, of Opelousas, and a cousin, of Lucius J Dapre, nGen.
