Personal. --Among the arrivals at the Spots wood Hotel is that of Mrs. Wm. B. Mumford and three children, of New Orleans.--Mrs. M. is the widow of the gallant man who tore down the U. S. flag from the Custom-House in New Orleans, and was murdered by Butler's order. It is to be hoped that this lady will find friends in the Confederacy, where the name of her late husband is a household word.
