Will be paid for the delivery to me, or securing so that I get them, three mulatto slaves, Maris Martha and Emily, belonging to the estate of Wm. Munford, dec'd, of $100 for either.
They left my residence in this city, last evening Maris is about 36 and is the mother of Martha, 18, and Emily 16 years of age.
John Hicks, a free mulatto and barber of this city is the husband of Maria, and is said to have left the city a week ten days ago. It is supposed that they are all making for the lines of the enemy. John D. Munford. ja 20--3t*
