Fatal Affair. --Capt. O. H. Tillman was murdered in Lake City, Florida, on Friday last, Dec. 28th, by Col. A. J. Neal. They were sitting at table at the Hancock House, when Neal, after addressing a few words to Tillman, drew a pistol and shot him through the heart, killing him instantly.
