Fatal Railroad Casualty. --On Wednesday night, a train on the Ohio and Mississippi Railroad was backing in the vicinity of Storr's township, Ohio, when the rear car was precipitated into Mill Creek, by the carelessness of the bridge tender, who left the draw open. Alfred Neal, a brakesman, was instantly killed.
