Tdec'd, of Chesterfield county, Va., situated in the city of Richmond, and elsewhere in Virginia, among his heirs at law, he having died intestate. Affidavit having been made that the defendants, Robert C. Pollard, and Mildred, his wife, William A. Neal, and Lucy, his wife, John J. King, and Amelia, his wife, and Samuel Hardgrove, Jr., are not residents of the State of Virginia, the said defendants are hereby required to appear in the said Clerk's Office, within one month after due publicat
