--A man named Charles Bishop was carried before His Honor the Mayor, yesterday, charged with the larceny of two pistols, belonging to Col. John H. Richardson, of the Wise Legion.
The owner of the shooting irons not making his appearance as a witness, the Mayor continued the case until this morning, admitting the defendant to bail for his appearance in the sum of $300. Mr. D. O'Brien was accepted as bail for the defendant.
