Secession Feeling in Louisville — a Bold secession address. Mr. W. W. Owen, a well-known citizen of Jefferson county, Kentucky, of which be is a candidate for jailor, has issued the following address, which was kindly furnished us by a gentleman just from Louisville. It has born circuited throughout Louisville and Jefferson county, and its author talks as boldly as he writes: To the voters of Louisville and Jefferson county: Having already announced myself a candidate for the offi State! I will furnish my voters with an edition monthly, until the election, giving the proceedings of Abraham Lincoln and his abolition Congress. You can rest assured that I shall be on the track as a candidate, reports to the contrary not withstanding. I suppose, however, that I have said enough to define my position, and beg to conclude by repeating, that I want no abolition votes, or votes of any one that sympathizes with that detestable party. Respectfully, etc. W. W. Owen.
