Fortress Monroe, June 18. --By the Nelly Baker, just from the White House, we learn that John Laughlin, of Philadelphia, formerly with Pomeroy & Co., merchants on Arch street, was captured, in company with his partner, Mr. Parker, by the rebels in their raid of last Friday evening. He is said to have had $15,000 of his own and regiment's money when taken. Nothing has been heard of him or Parker since then.
