Mayor's court, yesterday.
--A number of parties arraigned for petty delinquencies were discharged yesterday: Among them, Henry Scott, charged with an assault on Thos. Martin; John F. Tully, drunk and staggering about the streets; Lawrence Paul, assaulting Pauline Kloss.
A case against Wm. W. Wolf was continued until the 24th and defendant admitted to bail for his appearance.
He was arrested by order of the Mayor, having procured a pass for self and wife to proceed to Yorktown, and afterwards allowing it to be used by other parties.
Joanna Custillo, charged with purloining $16 from Frank Wingo, was sent to jail for another examination.
Case of Mrs. Bridget and Miss Mary Devine, for committing an assault and battery on James Broderick, was continued till a more convenient season.
