Anniversary meeting. --The anniversary meeting of the Missionary Society of the Virginia Conference was celebrated at Alexandria on Saturday evening. Addresses were delivered by Bishop Payne, Dr. Sehon, missionary secretary, and James A. Duncan, of the Virginia Conference, and upwards of $1,500 were collected on various propositions, and fifty life-members made. A venerable lady, Mrs. Ballon, aged 81 years, a widow of one of the old pioneers of the Conference, wrought with her own hands aary secretary, and James A.
