Some of the amendments were agreed to, and others disagreed to, after which it was returned to the House of Delegates. On motion of Mr. Coghill, the bill providing for the distribution of salt to the citizens of Virginia was taken up, read the third time and discussed till the hour of adjournment. House of Delegates.
