Lost and found. --John McCauley and Jas. Therney, two small lads, appeared before the Mayor yesterday to answer the charge of stealing a mule, worth $200, of Mary Phillips. The witness, Mrs. Phillips, never saw the prisoners have her mule, but heard a boy say that they were shot with it. The mule returned home on Monday night.
