C. S. District Court. --In this Court the following cases were partially heard: A. J. Pitts was again brought into Court in obedience to a write of habeas corpus, and it not appearing that he was illegally detained, it was ordered that he is returned to his commanding officer. The same disposition was made with respect to the applications of John T. Sanderson, Joseph C. Haly, A. B. Lewis, and W. W. Phillips. The Court meets again this morning.
