Interesting Habeas corpus case. --A writ of habeas corpus having been awarded by Judge Meredith, on the application of Edward B. Boutwell, formerly a commander in the United States Navy, but now a prisoner of war, that person appeared in Court on Saturday morning last, accompanied by his counsel, R. R. Howison, Esq.
