--The Same of Judge Lyons was occupied on Saturday in hearing the argument in the habeas corpus case of — Eastjar, claiming exemption from service on the ground of being an undomiciled foreigner.
It will be further beard today.--The petition of L. C. Polk, for discharge from service, he being a Marylander, was granted, and the petitioner was released from custody.--Alexander Adkins's petition for discharge from service was withdrawn upon his own motion.
