Mayor's Court. --The following cases were disposed of by the Mayor yesterday morning: John H. Pollard, a soldier, was arraigned on the charge of drawing a pistol and attempting to shoot John Gentry, a city watchman. The evidence substantiated the charge, but in consideration of the fact that Pollard was a soldier of the Confederacy and under the influence of liquor, His Honor concluded to turn him over to the Provost Marshal.
