Literary Piracy. --A private letter from England, speaking of the English reprints of Mr. Pollard's "First and Second Years of the War,"says: "--has already got possession of the field, and he will doubtless pounce upon the new volumes as soon as they appear. Estvan's 'War Pictures in the South,' published by Rutledge, is almost entirely, if not literally, a reprint of Pollard's work. The fact, if I do not err, was pointed out by the Athenœum."
