--Michael Leary, a member of the 19th Mississippi regiment, on Sunday took $112 out of the pocket of a comrade, named Poole, of the same regiment.
Not showing any disposition to return the funds, Poole complained, and yesterday the offender was locked up in the military guard-house, on Franklin street.
