Camp Tyler, Fairfax County, Va., June 22. --It has been ascertained beyond all question that a battery has been planted by the Secessionists at Eimund Powell's, on "the dirt road" from Fairfax C. H. to Falls Church. Powell's is 3½ miles from the Court-House, and 4½ from Falls Church.
