Loss of the steamer R. W. Powell. --The R. W. Powell, Capt. Weibling, struck a snag on Wednesday afternoon last, in landing a lady passenger at Gaurin & Angle's plantation.--The boat now lies in about twenty-five feet water, broke in two, and is a total loss. One of her hands is missing. Passengers and crew are all safe. Capt. Weibling, officers, crew and passengers, arrived last night on the steamer Latouche--N. O. True Delta, 23d.
