The Senate confirmed the following nominations by the President to-day : Chas. Francis Adams, Minister to England; Marsh, of Vermont, Minister to Sardinia; Jas. Watson Webb, Minister to Constantinople; H. S. Sanford, of Connecticut, Minister to Belgium; Mr. Thayer, of New York, Consul-General to Egypt; Capt. J. Devine, Consul to Cork; Mr. Defries, Superintendent of Printing. Nominations have been made by the President of Anson Burlingame, Minister to Austria; Rufus King, of Wisconsin, Minister to Rome; Bradford R. Wood, of New York, Consul to Belgium; Jas. O.
