Hustings Court. --Miles R. Bohannon was on yesterday examined on the charge of forging the check of B. Akers & Son for $500, and obtaining the money for it from Wm. B. Isaacs. Bail was refused. Richard Barry and Chas. Pendergast were examined and sent on for robbing P. A. Haxall of $35, a beef hide, and other property.
