--The two prisoners arrested for passing counterfeit Confederate Treasury notes, James Tyler and John Richardson alias Dailey, were carried before Commissioner Watson on Saturday for examination.
The case of Tyler was continued.
A number of persons presented themselves before the Commissioner, making it apparent that Richardson Dailey had succeeded in passing off a large amount of the bogus money.
