--Yesterday, John Pero and S. Heller, charged with huckstering, were convicted, and the produce purchased by them ordered to be confiscated to the use of the city.--The case, against certain free negroes, named Laura, Jane and Ellen Robinson, for obscene conduct, was continued.--The case of Charles Oak, charged with relieving Ann Disney of $75, was also continued for want of witnesses.--The police officers having been incited to double their diligence to prevent the accumulation of nuisances, the effect was observable in the presence of a large number of citizens summoned for violating the Health Ordinance.
