By order of Col. Robinson, every male citizen between the ages of eighteen and forty-five, not now in the active volunteer service, and resident within the city of Norfolk, Va., whether exempt from military duty or not, will forthwith report himself for enrolment to the commandant of his company.
Those claiming to be exempt will also report the claim to to or cause of such exemption.
