Observatory blown down. --During the heavy gale of last Tuesday, the observatory at Valley Forge, Chester county, Pa., over-looking the camping ground of the revolutionary army, was blown down. It was octagon in from, about 40 feet in height, with a spiral stair-case in the centre, and was erected many years ago, by Mr. Chas. H. Rogers.
