Hustings Court of Magistrates. --After the transaction of the following business on Saturday the court adjourned till the next term: Mrs. E. Emenhiser, charged with receiving a lot of dry goods, knowing the same to have been stolen from M. L. Jacobson, was examined; but the jury failing to agree, were discharged, and the accused bailed for her appearance at the next term. James Ryland, a shoemaker, charged with petty larceny, plead guilty, and was sentenced to six months imprisonment in the city jail.
