The parties defendant are non residents of the Commonwealth Hustings Court, January 20.--The case of Sanderson, charged with robbing Michael Raffo, an Italian, of $47, reported yesterday, was concluded at a late hour last evening, by the acquittal of the caused. To-day, the Attorney for the Commonwealth by and with the advice of the Court, entered the Court, entered a nolle prosequi in the case of Harvey Wash, under charge of counterfeiting United States gold coin--a case of two years standing — and he was thereupon discharged. Acquitted.--George S. Sanderson, who was tried before Judge Lyons's Court on Monday for feloniously obtaining $47 from Michael Raffo, by force and violence, near the Post Office, in November last, was acquitted of the offence. Mayor's Court--There was nothing of interest at the Mayor's Court yesterday.
