City Council. --The regular monthly meeting of this body was held at the City Hall, at 4 o'clock yesterday evening. Present — D. J. Saunders, (President), and a quorum. Publishing the Council proceedings. The select committee to whom was referred the resolution of the Council instructing them to inquire into the expediency of publishing officially the proceedings of the Council, reported that it is inexpedient to publish officially the proceedings of the Council.
