That the Sheriff of said County do forthwith after receipt hereof, give public notice both in Cambridge and Watertown, that if any person or persons have any claim or pretence to the said land, that they appear before his Excellency the Governor in Council, on Wednesday the 7th of March next, then and there to show forth the same, and why the said land may not be granted to the petitioner as desired; of which he is not to fail, and to make due return.
