There were 44 cases or yellow fever in Wilmington, N. C., Friday, and six deaths. Rev. Dr. Sehon has at last been released from the penitentiary at Nashville, Tenn. He held out to the last in refusing to take the oath. The Augusta (Ga.) Chronicle calls the new Confederate seal "a master piece of insignificance."
