aveled be not less than twenty-four feet in width in any place, and when the said road shall be sufficiently made and approved by a committee of the Court of General Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middlesex to be appointed for that purpose, then the said turnpike corporation shall be and hereby is authorized to erect a tuort10 shares, Nos. 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54,55, 56, 57, 58.
