Arrests. --A number of arrests were made by the city police yesterday, including Martha Morgan, for keeping a house of ill fame, and Hirmn, slave of Capt. James Sheppard, for stealing a horse belonging to Capt. G. McGee, of the 21st Mississippi regiment.
