Arrests --The city police yesterday arrested the following parties, viz: Margaret Mudd for entering W. Tyler's store with intent to steal; Joseph Johnson and R. W. McKenney, for being in an unlawful assembly and behaving disorderly in the street; Dick Duff a person of some notoriety in police annual, for stealing $80 in C. S. notes from an unknown man; and C. C. Simms, by order of Recorder Caskie, for fighting in the street.--These parties will be brought before Recorder Caskie, in the Sergeant's Office, City Hall, at 9 o'clock this morning.
