Judge Lyons's Court. --This Court met yesterday pursuant to adjournment. John F. Pierce appeared and took the usual oath to entitle him to practice law before this Court. Richard N. Binns, charged with stealing a horse belonging to Littlebury Adams, was arraigned, and the case continued till the November term of the Court. John Bolton, charged with stealing a watch belonging to George L. Sinton, of the value of $500, was sent to the penitentiary for five years. William Fitzpatrick, charged with garroting Philip L. Gregory, and stealing a silver watch and some, money, was tried, and the jury returning a verdict of guilty, he was sentenced to the penitentiary for five years. Margaret Folin, charged with receiving a $50 note, knowing the same to be stolen, was discharged.
