--Eight Yankee prisoners, captured by a squad of the Sixth Virginia Cavalry, under Lieut. Stringrellow, near Warrenton, have reached here.
A flag of truce was sent to the enemy on Monday, asking permission for the family of Governor Smith to come from Warrencen into our lines.
