Another witness testified to the general disorderly behavior of the other parties. Captain Quinby stated that their place was a general resort for drunken soldiers, and that fights were of frequent occurrence. After hearing a mass of testimony to the same effect, the Mayor required each of the accused to give security in the sum of three hundred dollars to keep the peace. They were committed in default.
